We are seeking partners to support us in our efforts to make a difference through our Age & Well Being Opera Community Connect programme, designed specifically to enhance the well-being of elderly audiences in nursing homes through the enchantment of opera.

Christmas Concerts
Opera Workshop singers and pianists visited a number of residential and day centres in the Limerick region presenting festive programmes of favourite carols, arias, light opera, Irish songs, promising plenty of Christmas cheer. The concerts were given a rapturous response from audiences, who frequently joined in, offered solos and shared chat and stories with the Opera Workshop team.
We look forward to revisiting and making new connections across the county.

See what others had to say...
“Our Residents were thrilled that you gave of your time to perform at the Home. It lifted their spirits to have you entertain them as so many cannot get out and about to these beautiful events. The respect you showed by conversing with them was a wonderful experience and one that they chatted about for some time afterwards.”
